Graded Stakes Winner & Graded Stakes Producer Added to The November Sale

Fasig-Tipton has added two more supplemental entries to the catalogue for the 2016 November Sale to be held on Monday, November 7th in Lexington, Kentucky.  These entries are catalogued as hips 174 and 175:

  • COVER SONG (Hip 174):  Regally bred three-year-old filly won G3 Autumn Miss S. in final time of 1:33.6 going a mile on turf at Santa Anita this past Saturday.  By Champion Racehorse and Champion Sire FASTNET ROCK, she is the first foal out of Classic winner and European Champion MISTY FOR ME (Galileo). Her two-year-old half-sister ROLY POLY (War Front) is a G2 winner and G1 placed this year in Europe, and is the morning line favorite for Friday’s G1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf. Her rich international family also includes G1 winners BALLYDOYLE, DESERT WINE, MENIFEE, BLUERIDGE MOUNTAIN and FASLIYEV.  She will be offered as a racing/broodmare prospect by Spendthrift Farm LLC.
  • GRAND GLORY (Hip 175):  This young broodmare by DISTORTED HUMOR is off to a fast start as a producer.  Her first foal, GLORYZAPPER, won the G3 L.A. Woman S. at Santa Anita on October 9 and is entered in Saturday’s G1 Breeders’ Cup Filly & Mare Sprint.  Her second foal, BANREE, was multiple graded stakes placed at two last year in New York. She is back in foal to GHOSTZAPPER, carrying a full sibling to GLORYZAPPER.  GRAND GLORY will be consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent.

These entries may now be viewed online. Print versions of all supplemental entries will be available on the Fasig-Tipton grounds at sale time.

Fasig-Tipton will continue to accept approved November Sale entries through the end of this week.
