Fasig-Tipton has catalogued 160 selected offerings for The November Sale, the company’s premier mixed sale to be held in Lexington, Kentucky on Monday, November 7. The single-session sale will begin at 5 pm.
“Our goal each year for the November Sale is to assemble a catalogue of outstanding quality that will appeal to buyers from around the globe,” said Fasig-Tipton President Boyd Browning. “This year’s catalogue hits that ‘mark’ from start to finish.”
“The evening will begin with 50 selected weanlings, and then transition into a superb collection of racing stars and elite broodmares,” Browning continued. “In total, this year’s catalogue features 57 graded stakes winners or producers, 24 of which are Grade 1. A remarkable 83% of the racing/broodmare prospects and broodmares on offer are black type earners or producers.”
The Enhanced Catalogue, which may be accessed via computer and mobile devices, provides updated catalogue pages and Daily Racing Form past performances as they occur, as well as race replays, photos, statistics, and other valuable resources. New features in 2016 include an Alan Porter pedigree analysis for each racing/broodmare prospect or broodmare catalogued, as well as feature videos profiling G1 winning females off the racetrack or carrying their first foals.
Print catalogues will be available from Fasig-Tipton offices beginning October 14. The catalogue will also be available via The Jockey Club’s Equineline catalogue app.
The November Sale will also again offer a supplemental catalogue. Fasig-Tipton will continue to accept additional selected entries for the supplement through the Breeders’ Cup.
